Terms and Conditions (T&C) – Spa Sensuel

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Spa Sensuel, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Nature of Services

The services offered are intended for relaxation, well-being, and personal enjoyment. They do not constitute medical, therapeutic, or healthcare treatment and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy.

Clients are required to inform Spa Sensuel before the service begins of any health-related circumstances that may be relevant, including medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, skin conditions, or other limitations.

4. Prices

The prices published on spa-sensuel.ch at the time of booking shall apply. All prices are stated in CHF. By booking an appointment, the client accepts the applicable price for the selected service.

5. Appointment Booking

Appointments may be booked by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by Spa Sensuel.

By making a booking, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions. For bookings made via SMS or WhatsApp, Spa Sensuel will provide a link to these Terms and Conditions before the appointment is finally confirmed.

6. Payment

Payment is due on-site at the beginning of the service unless otherwise agreed. Cash payments in CHF are accepted. Payments in EUR may be accepted by prior arrangement at the daily exchange rate communicated by Spa Sensuel.

7. Late Arrival

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the service time may be shortened accordingly if subsequent appointments would otherwise be affected. The full booked price remains payable.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling by Clients

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations must be made by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

For cancellations made later than this, Spa Sensuel may charge a flat-rate cancellation and administration fee equal to 50% of the booked amount.

In the event of a no-show without timely cancellation, Spa Sensuel may charge all or part of the booked amount as compensation for the missed appointment, provided the time slot could not be reassigned to another client.

9. Cancellation by Spa Sensuel

If Spa Sensuel is unable to provide a booked appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered whenever possible. Any further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Conduct and House Rules

Spa Sensuel is committed to maintaining a respectful, discreet, and safe environment. In cases of inappropriate, offensive, aggressive, or boundary-violating behavior, Spa Sensuel reserves the right to refuse or terminate the service.

In such cases, there is no entitlement to the service or to a refund where the interruption was caused by the client’s behavior.

11. Data Protection

Information regarding the processing of personal data, particularly when contacting Spa Sensuel by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the website, is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply. For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction shall apply. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Spa Sensuel.

13. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

Spa Sensuel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For bookings that have already been confirmed, the version of the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of booking shall remain applicable.
