What We Ask of You
Your behaviour towards the studio and your massage therapist also plays an important role in creating a positive experience.
The following guidelines help maintain the respectful environment in which our services can be enjoyed comfortably and professionally.
1 Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
This allows enough time for a relaxed arrival, a brief consultation, and your full massage session without unnecessary stress for either you or us.
2 Personal Hygiene
Excellent personal hygiene is essential in a setting focused on comfort and wellbeing.
Our bathroom is fully equipped with everything you may need, and you are welcome to freshen up before your session. This helps ensure that both you and your therapist feel comfortable throughout the experience.
3 No Alcohol or Drug Influence
Please arrive sober for your appointment.
Alcohol and other substances can affect perception, behaviour, and personal boundaries. For this reason, we do not provide services to guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4 Respect for Professional Boundaries
A positive massage experience is built on sensitivity and mutual respect.
Your therapist guides the session and establishes its professional framework. Personal and professional boundaries are not negotiable and must always be respected.
Any form of pressure, inappropriate behaviour, or disregard for these boundaries is not tolerated.
5 Payment
Payment is made in cash before the session begins.
This creates transparency and clarity while allowing you to relax and focus fully on your experience without administrative concerns afterward.

When Something Doesn't Feel Right
Even with the greatest care and attention, situations may occasionally arise where something feels uncomfortable or not quite right, for you or for us.
What matters most is how we address such situations.
If something does not feel comfortable for you, we encourage you to communicate it openly. Please do not hesitate to let us know before or during the session if a situation or aspect of the experience feels unsuitable. Your feedback allows us to respond immediately and appropriately.
Likewise, we are clear about our own standards. If a guest's behaviour is considered unacceptable, particularly if professional boundaries are disregarded or disrespectful demands are made, we reserve the right to end the appointment immediately.
Our goal is for you to experience Spa Sensuel as a welcoming and comfortable environment where relaxation, connection, and wellbeing take place within a framework that feels safe, respectful, and appropriate for everyone involved.
